We will review your store setup, goals, and data needs, then recommend the right OpsBeacon plan and launch path.
Is setup included?
Every new store receives guided onboarding. Dashboard, Growth, and Operator monthly plans include a one-time Store Launch and Data Setup fee. OpsBeacon Owner Briefing has a $49 one-time setup fee, waived during the early rollout while we onboard the first 100 eligible stores. Annual plans waive setup fees where they apply.
When does my subscription begin?
Your subscription begins when your store is ready to use. We work with you to connect the right data and configure the first useful store view.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime from Owner Briefing to Dashboard, Growth, or Operator from Admin → Subscription & billing.
What is the 90-Day Launch Confidence Guarantee?
OpsBeacon is built to become useful quickly. After your store is launched, you have 90 days to confirm it is the right fit. If you complete onboarding, provide the required store access, and still do not feel OpsBeacon is helping you better understand and act on your store data, we will work with you to make it right or refund the eligible subscription amount. Store Launch and Data Setup fees are earned once setup begins. For annual plans where the setup fee is waived, the applicable setup fee may be deducted from any early refund.
