This Privacy Policy applies to all Social Play Systems products, including OpsBeacon, business intelligence dashboards, marketing tools, campaign builders, prospecting tools, and any associated websites, APIs, and integrations.

Important: OpsBeacon is designed as a real-time BI and marketing engine. We do not store customer personally identifiable information (PII) beyond what is strictly necessary for authentication and real-time data pulling from the systems you authorize. All customer-level data remains with your original data source.

5. AI-Assisted Features

When you use AI tools (content generation, campaign suggestions, insights, etc.), the data you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate the requested output. We do not allow those providers to use your data for training their models unless explicitly disclosed.

OpsBeacon connects to any system you authorize via API. Common integrations include Google services, payment processors, analytics platforms, email services, and any POS, CRM, or business system with an available API. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or support your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
