3. Product-Specific Disclosures

CrossQuest Adventures and Letter Pop Ultimate

Our games may collect or process gameplay-related information to provide game functionality, including progress, scores, achievements, leaderboards, app activity, device information, crash reports, and diagnostic data.

Some versions of our games may include advertising, rewarded ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, leaderboards, achievements, or third-party platform features. These features may involve third-party providers such as app stores, advertising networks, analytics providers, payment processors, or game services.

We use this information to:

  • Save progress
  • Support gameplay features
  • Improve app performance
  • Fix bugs
  • Prevent fraud or abuse
  • Provide leaderboards or achievements, where applicable
  • Support purchases, subscriptions, or rewards, where applicable
  • Display advertising in versions of the app that include ads

Not all game versions use the same features. For example, a paid version and a free version may have different advertising or purchase behavior.

ScamBounce

ScamBounce is designed to help users reduce unwanted scam, spam, and suspicious call interruptions through on-device call screening and user-controlled call handling features.

ScamBounce may access phone call information, call screening signals, contact-matching information, and locally stored call activity only as needed to provide its core call screening, blocking, bounce, and activity log features.

ScamBounce does not:

  • Listen to phone calls
  • Record phone calls
  • Access call audio
  • Read text messages
  • Sell call-related data
  • Share call screening data with advertisers

Call screening and call activity information used by ScamBounce is processed on the device unless you intentionally contact us for support and choose to share information with us.

ScamBounce may use contact-related access only to help distinguish known contacts from unknown callers as part of its call screening functionality. Contact information is not sold by Social Play Systems.

ScamBounce may use carrier forwarding or MMI codes when you choose to activate Bounce features. Carrier behavior may vary, and these features depend on your mobile provider.

Disabling permissions or removing ScamBounce as your call screening app may prevent ScamBounce features from working properly.
